Someone once said a person’s character is determined by what it takes to stop them. What has stopped you? A rumor? A break-up? Unfairly treated? Overlooked for that promotion? Laid off? Betrayal? A moral failure? Financial setback? Hurt by a pastor?

Life is a cruel taskmaster and throws everything it can at us to bring us down. Life’s hard. It isn’t fair. But the same power that raised Jesus from the iron clutches of death lives in you, to raise you from your despair, to cause you to overcome rather than be overwhelmed.

How do we do it? How do we stay on course?

Today’s podcast looks at the final days of Paul from 2 Timothy 4:6-19 and offers three (3) things Paul did to finish well.
